KUBE Breeze Block

KUBE is the original ModaBLOK breeze block — a 6.5-inch architectural screen block produced by HyperCast, our hyperpress high-pressure casting process. Instead of pouring wet concrete into a mold, a semi-dry blend of locally sourced limestone and marble fines is compressed into tungsten-lined steel molds under extreme pressure, then naturally cured in our humidified greenhouses in Tecate. The result is what hyper-pressing is known for: exceptional density, crisp arrises, low water absorption, and a refined surface finish that ordinary cast block can’t match.

Why a hyper-pressed breeze block

Dense, low-absorption concrete stands up to freeze-thaw cycles, coastal moisture, and daily sun exposure — and hyper-pressed precision keeps joints tight and coursing clean. KUBE’s geometric open pattern filters light and air while holding privacy, making it a natural fit for entry walls, courtyards, pool surrounds, façades, and interior partitions.

Colors

Natural · Gray · Sand · Graphite. Integral pigment runs through the full block, with the natural variation inherent to raw materials and the casting process.

Lead time & fulfillment

Made to order: 2–3 weeks production plus approximately one week for delivery depending on location. Curbside LTL freight, or San Diego / Tecate border pickup as a freight alternative.

Final wall design, reinforcement spacing, and load capacity must be determined by a licensed structural engineer per applicable codes. ModaConcrete assumes no liability for project-specific applications.
