Alicante Collection

Alicante puts a traditional door on a modern frame, which is a combination that suits far more bathrooms than either extreme. The raised panel reads as classic cabinetry, the sleek metal base underneath keeps it off the floor, and the result works against subway tile and against large format porcelain equally well.

Sizes are compact: 24 inches for a powder room or a small guest bath, and 39.5 inches where there is a little more wall. Finishes are Glossy White and Mid-Century Acacia on the cabinet, with a brushed nickel base.

The countertop

The top is mineral composite stone with the basin moulded in. On a cabinet this size that is the right call, because an integrated bowl leaves usable counter where a dropped in sink would take all of it. The surface is non porous, so it needs no sealing and wipes clean.
