Quartzite · Slab
Use the stone name to open one of them at most.
Design
The white stone carries soft grey veining that reads clearly under overhead light. The leather finish gives a brushed texture with a low sheen that hides water spots better than a polished face. Each slab arrives as a full piece with its own size and its own markings. The variation between one slab and the next shows the natural grain of quartzite. Slabs are sold in random sizes and are cut to order for countertops, shelves and large-format walls.

Andes in a polished finish
The leather finish combines a brushed texture with a low sheen. It hides water spots and fingerprints better than a polished face. The finish reads differently in natural light versus artificial light.
Where to use it
Calacatta Giotto for walls and counters
This stone is rated for commercial interior walls, residential interior walls, shower walls and residential countertops. A licensed fabricator templates and installs it from the slab. The rooms it suits are the kitchen and the bathroom. The stone resists etching far better than marble but should still be sealed in kitchens and wet rooms. Slabs are delivered to a licensed fabricator, who templates, cuts and installs them. We do not deliver slabs to a job site.
Commercial interior walls
Rated for commercial interior walls. Also suitable for residential interior walls. Works well in high traffic areas.
Residential countertops
Rated for residential countertops. Also suitable for shower walls. Requires sealing in wet rooms.

Care
Seal the stone in kitchens and wet rooms to maintain the surface. Clean with a pH neutral cleaner and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive pads that could scratch the leather finish.
