Addison Collection
Addison is the collection to use when a bathroom has a long wall and you want it to look fitted rather than furnished. Every piece is built to the same height and depth and finished on all sides, so a vanity, a side cabinet, a countertop unit and a hutch line up as one run with a single counter across the top.
It is handcrafted from solid parawood with a hand applied finish, in Glossy White and Mid-Century Acacia. Two finishes only, which keeps the modular idea coherent: the point is to combine pieces, not colours.
The pieces
- Vanities from 30 to 72 inches, single and double
- Side cabinets at 12 and 15 inches to close the ends of a run
- Countertop units with an uninterrupted work surface
- Hutches that sit on the countertop unit for shelving at eye level
- A bench at 24.5 inches, and mirrors to match
Planning a run
Measure the wall, place the vanity where the plumbing is, then fill outward. A 72 inch double with a 15 inch side cabinet each way covers just over eight feet. Order one countertop colour for every piece so the surface reads as continuous, and if a hutch is going on, leave enough counter depth in front of it to be usable.
The other modular collections are Athens and De Soto, and for the same Shaker lines in a single freestanding cabinet, see Palisades.
