Marble · Slab
Calacatta Gold Extra honed marble slab random arrives as full slabs in random sizes. The white background carries soft grey and gold veining across a matte honed finish. Pricing for marble slabs is by quote only. A licensed fabricator receives the stone for templating and installation. Each slab comes with its own size and natural markings.
Design
Natural veining on honed marble
The white base shows irregular grey and gold veins that shift from one slab to the next. The honed finish reads flat in bright light and hides minor scratches better than a polished face. Expect tone variation between slabs cut from different blocks. Dry lay pieces from multiple slabs before setting to balance the variation. The veining pattern stays unique to each individual slab.

Each slab arrives as a full piece with its own dimensions and natural markings. Check the batch list for current sizes available at the warehouse.
Honed matte face
The honed finish reads flat in light and masks etching better than polished stone. It suits high traffic walls and shower enclosures.
Where to use it

This stone works on commercial interior walls, shower walls, residential countertops, and residential interior walls. A licensed fabricator templates and installs the slab after it arrives from the warehouse. A batch is the group of slabs cut from one block, so slabs in the same batch look the closest to each other. Open the batch list to see what sizes are currently held at the Fairfax warehouse. The slab goes to a fabricator by A-frame truck within fifty miles or by crated LTL freight beyond that.

Care
Seal the marble after installation and reseal every one to two years. Use a pH neutral stone cleaner and avoid bleach, ammonia or abrasive pads. Lemon, vinegar and wine will etch the surface if left unsealed.
